Truform 1917 Ulcer Ease Layered Compression Stocking Kit. The top stocking utilizes 30-40 mmHg graduated compression to help compress and heal venous ulcers. This is accomplished by compressive action on the leg which decreases the elevated pressure within the venous system and also helps increase overall circulation to alleviate the ulceration. The kit includes one medical compression stocking and two compression liners. The compression liner keeps bandage dressing in place, and promotes a healing environment by keeping the area clean allowing for liners to be changed and replaced as needed. Unisex, for both men and women.

Frequently Asked
Questions

Find quick answers about medical compression, proper sizing, and how to care for your garments.

Mild pressure (15-20 mmHg) suits travel or minor swelling, while moderate to firm levels (20-30+ mmHg) are typically doctor-recommended for medical conditions.

Measure your ankle and calf circumference first thing in the morning when swelling is lowest to ensure a precise, therapeutic fit.

Medical-grade socks feel snug; use the "heel pocket" technique or a donning aid to slide the garment smoothly over the foot.

Replace your garments every 3 to 6 months, as elastic fibers naturally break down and lose their compression strength over time.

Hand wash or use a delicate cold cycle with mild soap. Air dry only, as high heat damages the elastic and alters the pressure.
